This is a 202 m2 villa located on a plot of 5,700 sqm. The house is located in Houlakia, Mykonos, 300 meters from the sea, very close to the road network of the area, while preserving its autonomy and quietness. The residence is built amphitheatrically on three levels. It has 3 entrances, one for each level of the house.

It includes 4 fully-equipped bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people. There is room for placing a baby cot for baby boys in the house. Each bedroom includes its own toilet and shower in a simple traditional style. At the last level of the house there is a semi-autonomous studio with a bedroom, a toilet and a shower and its own kitchenette with small fridge.
