Where to Dine
A trip where the only things on my agenda are restaurant reservations. I firmly believe in the old adage that the best way to truly get a feel for somewhere new and soak up all the local flavor is to eat and drink everything in sight. In Mykonos you can find all types of cuisines and styles including traditional Greek taverns under the Mykonian blue sky, boho chic restaurants with panoramic view, hidden restaurants inside caves practically in the sea or romantic places for a date night, anything you can dream of. Ultramare team is here to suggest a few places and make sure to arrange everything you might need.
Kiki’s Tavern Everyone will recommend Kiki’s to you and here’s why: it’s fantastic. Kiki’s is a little beach shack with no electricity, just a grill, some fresh local produce and lots and lots of wine. There’s no phone number or website, there isn’t even a sign out front.
Scorpios is the idea of a 24h beach club restaurant. Soak up the sun and the panoramic views from a private daybed, take a dip in the sea and reward yourself with literally anything from their extensive beach cocktail list. The food is next-level good. As the sun goes down, the DJ booths and speakers go up and the crowd meets at the dance floor and the open air amphitheater.
Interni If you’re looking for something a little more “cosmopolitan,” then book dinner at Interni. A large courtyard nestled in the heart of town, Interni is where the beautiful people go for a “night out.” The menu is classic Mediterranean cuisine.
Spilia Hidden in a secret cave practically in the sea, Spilia is romantic and delicious. Snag a table right next to the water and enjoy the most romantic dinner.
Alemagou Set on Ftelia beach, Alemagou bar & restaurant is breath taking in its simplicity and boho style. Traditional recipes, amazing cocktails and music is all you need to energize your day and feel the Mykonian vibe.
Rizes A journey in time and the history of the original Mykonos back in time. In the heart of the island, through the traditionally decorated house, the folklore workshops, the lush gardens, the domestic animals and the secluded routes, we revive the daily life of our ancestors and our heritage. Best traditional plates in town, enjoy the Greek tradition.
Coya Bringing the spirit of Peru to the Mykonos. We invite you into a world inspired by the flavors and colors of Incan heritage and Latin American culture. Luxury Peruvian restaurant hidden in a stylish courtyard nestled in the town of Mykonos.
Nammos One of the world’s most elite restaurants. A favorite meeting point for celebrities and VIPs from around the globe who come to enjoy absolute relaxation and premium service.
Avli tou Thodori will show you how to eat like a local. A traditional tavern with view to the beautiful beach of Platis Gialos, one of the prettiest and most popular beaches on the island.
Reeza If you’re keen to explore modern Mykonian dining, you couldn’t ask for a more spectacular setting. The restaurant sits poolside at the Rocabella hotel, with views over the picturesque Chora (main town).
Kalita We’re often asked about where to eat in Mykonos Town and one name is consistently top of our list – Kalita. Located in a beautiful garden , you’ll dine at courtyard tables surrounded by palm trees, lavender and rosemary. It’s the perfect setting for indulging in the very best of Greek cuisine.
